Direct Sourcing: We have established direct relationships with around 80% of the world’s diamond producers. This allows us to source our diamonds straight from the origin, bypassing the traditional supply chain of wholesalers and manufacturers used by highest street jewelers.

Yes, we offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds to give our customers a wide range of choices. To ensure complete transparency, our collections clearly distinguish between the two types. Additionally, each lab-grown and natural diamond comes with a certificate confirming its authenticity.
By law all gold items above one gram and all platinum items above 0.5 grams must be hallmarked. We use London Assays office to hallmark and officially certify all of our pieces.
While we currently do not have a showroom in the UK, our jewellery is expertly crafted at our workshop located in Hatton Garden, London — the heart of the jewellery trade.
For security and insurance reasons we cannot invite you to collect your order directly from our workshop.
But we are excited to share that a showroom will be opening soon, offering customers the opportunity to visit us in person, view our collections, and experience the craftsmanship firsthand before making a valuable purchase.

We offer free UK delivery on all orders and charge a small fee for international delivery depending on the location of the delivery address.
All prices on our website include Value Added Tax (VAT). While the VAT Retail Export Scheme allows EU customers to claim a refund on VAT when goods are exported outside the EU, Lenora Diamonds —being an online mail-order company—is not eligible to participate in this scheme. As a result, VAT refunds are not available for orders placed with us.
Once the order is placed it takes around 7-10 working days for the order to be dispatched from our workshop. However, for the products that we have in stock, we can dispatch the same in 2-3 working days time.
For UK orders, we offer free delivery via Royal Mail using its Special Delivery service which takes 2-3 days for delivery at your address. The parcel needs to be signed and collected by the recipient at the address.
All our International orders are shipped via Royalmail Airsure for a free delivery and via FedEx for a small additional fees.
All shipments are fully insured against loss, damage, and theft until the moment they are signed for upon delivery.

Yes, absolutely. We offer free engraving service on most of the rings ordered on our website. Please note the following important points:
- Character limits apply on most rings, depending on the style and size.
- Engraving adds 3 to 4 days to your ring’s delivery time.
- Engraved rings are non-refundable.
- Resizing is not possible after engraving has been completed.
Absolutely! We provide one free resizing service for all our customers within 60 days of purchase, so there's no need to worry if your ring doesn't fit perfectly. However, please note the following exceptions:
- Eternity rings cannot be resized.
- Engraved rings are not eligible for resizing.
- Rings with a significant size difference may not be suitable for resizing.
After we receive your item, our customer care specialists will assess and verify it. If everything is in order and the item is undamaged, your refund will typically be processed within 10 working days. However, depending on the payment method, it may take up to 30 working days in some cases.
We want all our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase, and we’re happy to assist with 60 day’s exchange policy. However, due to their customized nature, we’re unable to accept bespoke or engraved items for exchange.
