In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–2 UK business days. Custom/pre-order pieces take approximately 2-3 weeks time. The maximum delivery period is 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
UK orders are typically sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. High-value items may use alternative carriers. International orders ship via FedEx. Customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
Yes, all shipments are insured from dispatch to delivery. Responsibility shifts to the customer after delivery.
Return & Exchange
We offer a 30-day return or 60-day exchange policy from the delivery date. Items must be in original condition, unworn, undamaged, and returned with packaging and certificates.
Return Procedure
- Package the item with original packaging and certificates. Include a cover letter with the reason and your contact details.
- Return via Royal Mail Special Delivery and retain the tracking number. The customer bears return costs unless the item is faulty.
- Email our customer service team at contact@lenoradiamonds.co.uk once the item is shipped.
Contact us first to arrange international returns. Customs duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Items that are engraved, bespoke, worn, re-sized, or not in resale condition are not eligible for return.
Refunds are processed within 8 working days and may take an additional 8–10 days to reflect in your account.
