30-Day Return & 60-Exchange Policy
At Lenora, we offer a 30-day return or 60-day exchange policy on all non-custom jewelry items. If your order isn’t exactly what you expected, you may return or exchange it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of receiving it.
Contact our customer care team at contact@lenoradiamonds.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if eligible.
Custom-made or engraved jewelry, items with signs of wear, or damaged pieces (not due to transit) are not eligible for returns. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
