Custom-made or bespoke orders, engraved, or resized items are made specifically for you and are non-refundable unless faulty. Lead times for custom orders will be clearly communicated before purchase.

All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP £) and include VAT where applicable. Prices do not include delivery charges, which will be added at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Prices confirmed at checkout will not be altered after order confirmation.

We offer free UK delivery and nominal charges for international delivery. Delivery options include Royal Mail Special Delivery and FedEx Secure Delivery. Risk transfers to you upon delivery. Items not collected within 5 days may be treated as rejected.

You may cancel within 14 days. Exchanges allowed within 60 days. Returns accepted within 30 days if unused, with all original packaging and certificates. Custom and engraved items, resized rings, and earrings (unless faulty) are non-returnable.

We offer a 25-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover wear and tear, loss, or third-party repairs. Paid repairs are available for items outside warranty.
